Entry requirements:

Prospective students must  have completed the secondary education.
For the Hospitality and Food & Beverage Operations and the Travel & tourism courses, candidates must have competence in reading, writing and speaking one of the following languages: English, French, German or Italian.

O.T.E.K is responsible for the screening and evaluation of the candidates.

Training centers : Athens, Anavissos, Perea –Thessalonica, Rodos, Crete.

Attendance : The studies last 4 semesters . Each academic year consists of two terms:

The academic term stars in October and ends in June.

The practical training term, which is a continuation of the academic term, starts in July and finishes at the end of September. It consists of working in selected hotel enterprises, travel agencies and airline companies , under the supervision of  O.T.E.K.

3rd semester

Cookery    III, Food Costing,  Menu Planning, Decoupage I,

Wine Technology,  Accounting, English, French.

 

4th semester

Cookery IV,  Food Decorating, Decoupage II, English, French.
