COURSE

Entry Requirements : Applicants must take admittance examination
Prospective students must be up to 23 years old and must have completed at least three years of Secondary School.

Training centers : Athens (Anavyssos), Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Rodos, Corfu, Galaxidi, Nafplion, Alexandroupolis

 


Attendance : The studies last two years and each school year consists of two terms.

The Academic Term starts in October and ends in May.

The Practical Training Term, which is a continuation of the former, starts in June and finishes at the end of September. It concerns working in hotel enterprises selected by S.T.E.

Restaurant Operations I, Hotel Operations I, Cooking Elements, Housekeeping I, Wine Technology and Service, Bartending, Safe Hygienic Practices, Tourism, Foreign Languages, General Education subjects.
Second Year
Restaurant Operations II, Hotel Operations II, Housekeeping II,Front- Office Information Technology, Costing-Control, Menu Planning, Marketing –Sales Promotion, Human Relations General Education subjects
