TRAINING CLASSES FOR UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES

Every Year, in different cities and towns, the O.T.E.K operates Training Classes for Unqualified Employees in Hotel, Restaurant, Culinary and Confectionery skills for people already working in the Hotel and Catering Industry.

During their attendance, the students have the opportunity to enrich their technical skills with the necessary theoretical knowledge, so that they may improve their performance at the workplace.

Attendance : The training period lasts 5,5 months. Classes begin on 16th October and finish on 31 March
